This coffee was harvested from the Baroida Plantation located in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Harvested in soil approximately at 1,700 meters ASL, this coffee is wet processed. These coffee beans release nicely in a pour over with complex flavors of palm sugar, orange, apple, and lemon peel. This cup can be best compared to tasing close to a chocolate covered dried fig.

Each bag comes with 300 grams (10.5 oz) of whole bean coffee roasted to Full City (Medium) Roast.
