This coffee was harvested from the Tarrazú region located in Costa Rica. Harvested in soil approximately at 1,200 - 1,750 meters ASL, this coffee is wet processed through a volcanic spring water mill. We were especially excited to source some of this coffee offering as Costa Rica observes strict quality control over their coffee harvesting and did not disappoint. These coffee beans offer a flavor profile consisting of Bakers Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Stone Fruit, and hints of Tamarind. In recent sampling of the coffee, we noted it mad a bold cup of coffee, comparable to our Brazilian Single Origin.

Each bag comes with 300 grams (10.5 oz) of whole bean coffee roasted to Full City (Medium) Roast.
