Very exited for the return of our coffee offering from the Soconusco region of Chiapas, Mexico. Harvested this year, this coffee is grown near Mexico’s border with Guatemala through a small collective of farmers between 1200 - 1750 meters ASL. These beans have been washed processed and are certified USDA Organic.
When brewed, this cup produces a medium-bodied coffee with a strong aroma. Brewing renders a flavor of Cocoa Powder, Toasted Nuts, and with a citric acidity.
Each bag comes with 300 grams (10.5 oz) of whole bean coffee roasted to a nice Full City (Medium) Roast.
